March 2nd brought a new bundle of joy into the world, Gilbert Lee Luna!

February losing Ellie

This month we lost such a close friend, Ellie Smith. I dreaded going to her service & making it all real, but it was a wonderful service filled with funny stories and heartbreaking moments and so many people, it was so apparent how loved she is. I'm not going to write about how difficult it is to lose her, I wont forget how it feels. I think about her all the time & while it might get easier, certain times of the year,especially Halloween, her absence will be felt even more. I still get mad at her, but mostly I just miss her.
